As digitalization continues to boom worldwide, questions regarding artificial intelligence and machine learning increase. Various industries are affected by AI, and human resources isn´t an exception. However, I want to discuss how AI is already seen in human resources and what to expect from it in the future.  Artificial intelligence is often understood as a computer-controlled robot performing the tasks of humans with more efficiency and knowledge. More in-depth, AI is already used as a learning tool to help decision-making through recommendations and analytics. Additionally, it provides the interface for enabling the smooth delivery of HR functions and supports accomplishing tasks in less time. Blog 2 - Future prospects of HR

As mentioned in the last post, HR´s role is dynamic. The challenges and responsibilities of HR are shaped by the current needs. Therefore, in this post, I want to focus on the prospects of HR in the future and current day.  John Boudreau, a Professor and Senior Research Scientist on organizational behaviour and management (USC Center for Effective Organizations s.a.), was interviewed about the future of the HR profession. The interview stated that we will see people with good disaggregation and re-aggregation skills in the professions. In addition, the future of HR is the idea of an orchestra conductor who´s well-connected to other subjects like design, data, and systematics and can implement them.
